To General Members,
The ABC of SMRT Board would like to recognize, congratulate, and voice the appreciation of its general membership to Jim Gluhosky, father of graduating Senior swimmer Rhiannon Gluhosky, Mary Stansell, mother of Senior Group swimmer Sara Stansell, and Robin King, mother of Senior swimmer Summer Santos, for their nomination and election to the Board of Directors for South Carolina's Local Swim Association - the SCLSC.
Jim, a long time official on the pool deck, has accepted the position as Official Chair. He will lead all certified officials in the business of officiating meets and adhereing to the swim rules and regulations as stated through the USA Swimming Association. Mary Stansell has accepted the position of Financial Chair. She provides services that insure accuracy of all the LSC's financial business. Robin King continues her position for a second term as Secretary for the LSC. She continues to use her skills to record details of meetings and events as necessary for SCLSC documentation .
Please join us in thanking Robyn Moore, mother of graduating National swimmer Lyndsay Moore, for her service as 2009-2010 Financial Chair and Robyn King for her latest term as LSC secretary. We want to thank all of these SMRT parents for their voluntary service to the SCLSC. The time and talent these folks spend on the board is an integral part of the continued efforts of all parents, coaches, volunteers, and swimmers to develop the sport, achieve personal goals, and provide for a healthy social network of friends.

This organization brings all USA registered swim clubs together in an organized manner for a concentrated effort in developing the sport of swimming around the state. The website is a great resource for future meets, Top 10 times, state records, etc.
